My romance with yoga has started almost 6 years ago. As a curious person I was walking on the streets of Chicago and I saw that some Studio was promoting free classes for begginers. After all this years I know that I had tried Hatha Yoga. It was new experience of relieve of all my stress (by regular profound breath). I discovered new muscles (visceral, connected with inner organs) by feeling them intensively for next few days.
Hatha Yoga meants to achieve balance between the mind and body. It includes traditional yoga postures (
asanas) for all levels, and is often a general term used to describe a collection of yoga styles.

Power Yoga promoted in health clubs which involves a fast-paced, flowing sequence of postures that gradually increase in difficulty. Power yoga is for those looking for a vigorous workout and body toning.
Benefits of yoga we can find through its stretching, meditation and various postures. Overall benefits to the mind and body that are often reported include pain reduction, increased flexibility, posture and strength, improvements in mood and well-being, better sleep, increased energy and more.
