I have observed some relations between the frequency of exercises I make and my mood in everyday life. When I wake up and put on my shorts, T-shirt and after half of hour of jogging I feel so good.
I'm relaxed, my mind is clean and lucid to welcome new adventures of the day. I feel so free and strong that I believe I can do everything and everything is possible.
One day without motion is lost. But even a short walk with my friend give my energy for next hours.
I remember what Tony Robbins said: MOTION IS EMOTION!
