Last year Ibecame an instrucor of gymnastic course for woman after 50. in Sport Center in Modena (Italy). I had to substitute their instructor who taugh them for the last twenty years. There I had known woman who had been participating from thirty years. They know each other very well, meet together for Easter time, show pictures of their children and grandchildren. They exchange recipes, explain the best way to loose weight, give each other advises which medical center choose.
I was so surprise seeing their phisical condition, their healthy attitute to life. I have to say that they are more fit then many young girls who don't move at all. They want to live in 100%, going to the museums, travelling, helping their relatives, etc. They still want to learn more. They are so happy when I bring to the lesson some new exercises which I allready learn.
I really believe that maintaining phisical condition in good shape for many years, help in healthy aging. Doing only 2 hours a week but regularly plus healthy nutrition is the best recipe fot long life!
