During the Rimini Wellness Festival of Fitness, for the first time I have discovered Zumba. The latin rhythms and easy moves create this magic atmosphere to being in a party, where you can work out and have a fun.
Unfortunately the "Beto" Perez came back to USA and left Italy without any possibility to do the Zumba classes. I came to San Diego to do his workshop. It takes place 3. October 2009 in Chula Vista, SD. See you there!
I hope to have a big fun and enjoy it! I want to bring to Italian health clubs some latin rhythms.
