Fin adesso lo facevo da sola! Ma perchè non unire tutte le neomamme, scambiare le opinioni, fare esercizi insieme, conoscersi meglio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Essendo la mamma da 2 mesi, oltre&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://www.agatarakfalska.com/"&gt;la Psicologa&lt;/a&gt; e L'istruttrice Fitness, volevo tanto ritornare in forma, non solo fisica ma anche psichica. Programmo  almeno un'oretta di attività fisica sulla base del... mio umore :) . Oggi piove? Allora vado in&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; piscina&lt;/span&gt;. C'è sole? Facciamo &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;passeggiata in parco&lt;/span&gt; con l'amica. Sento le mie spalle tese? Mi serve un po' di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;stretching&lt;/span&gt; e &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;lo yoga. &lt;/span&gt;Negli ultimi giorni mi sento ansiosa (cause diverse, spesso tutto passa in una giornata), pratico &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;la meditazione e il respiro&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se sentiamo maldolori nella parte bassa della pancia o la nostra pancia è un po' dura, meglio che riposiamo. Ho dovuto comprare i bastoncini e d'imparare come usarle con piu' efficacia. &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Adesso mi diverto tanto&lt;/span&gt;. Posso caminare con velocita' media, non sforzando le gambe e gli altri articolazioni e sopratutto lavorando con le braccia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qui sotto vi presento gli esercizi basilare come Riscaldamento. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se Vi interessa questo tipo di allenamento - &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;contattatemi&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;Vorrei creare il gruppo delle persone con cui fare &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;camminate&lt;/span&gt; - sopratutto in autunno ed inverno (sempre nella provincia della Modena).&lt;br fitness con alto consumo di calorie e semplici passi latini che aumentano il divertimento. As a curious person I was walking on the streets of Chicago and I saw that some Studio was promoting free classes for begginers. After all this years I know that I had tried Hatha Yoga. It was new experience of relieve of all my stress (by regular profound breath). La promessa è di scatenarsi a ritmo latino come a una festa. Niente fatica, tutto divertimento. "It' s not workout, it' s a party", lo slogan che ne ha decretato il successo internazionale. Salsa, merengue, rumba, bachaca, reggaeton, tutti insieme, e anche altro. Piano, veloce, più forte e di nuovo piano: è cardiofitness, fa bene al cuore, a tutte le età. Così va la "zumba", signori, aerobica low impact che spopola negli Stati Uniti e all' estero. L' ultima frontiera dell' aerobica ha catturato più di due milioni di persone, alcune migliaia di appassionati in Italia. Guida il maestro, spiega che fare con un gioco di sguardi e di movimenti ammiccanti e invita a seguirlo nei passi caraibici per tonificare il corpo, migliorare il giro vita, aumentare la resistenza, bruciare calorie (da 350 a 700 in una lezione). Un, due, tre, modellarsi sorridendo. Durante le sessioni i freni inibitori calano e, riferisce il New York Times, il popolo della zumba si scioglie in gridolini (tipo: «Yeah!»), dimena le braccia e si concede applausi di incoraggiamento. Il sole della California con la complicità del caso ha ispirato l' uomo che ha dato origine al fenomeno, un impero oggi: il guru colombiano del fitness, Alberto Perez, detto Beto, anni 37. «Mi sento il Forrest Gump della danza», racconta incredulo. «Vi ricordate quando cominciò a correre e tutti gli altri lo seguirono?». Non si aspettava che la zumba diventasse un business di queste proporzioni: a cinque anni dal debutto nelle scuole di danza e nelle palestre, ci sono 20mila istruttori in 40 paesi, 15mila solo negli Stati Uniti. E, più o meno, è andata come a Forrest Gump. La prima volta (era il 1986) Beto doveva tenere una lezione di aerobica a Cali in Colombia, ma dimenticò di portarsi dietro le cassette. Usò quelle che aveva in macchina (gruppi popolari di salsa e merengue, nomi tipo "El gran combo" e "Las chicas del can") e improvvisò. Piacque. I suoi studenti, dice, si rifiutarono di tornare al tum-tum-tum delle vecchie lezioni. Ci riprovò a Bogotà, poi nel 1999 a Miami trovò due soci per iniziare a vendere dei video che insegnavano a ballare la zumba. Da lì tutto è andato molto in fretta: un' accoglienza entusiasmante a Los Angeles (più di 100 istruttori, alle lezioni partecipano soprattutto donne da 20 a 60 anni), partenza in sordina nel 2006 a New York, ma due anni dopo i corsi per formare nuovi istruttori registrano il tutto esaurito. «I benefici sono quelli di diverse danze messe insieme, è fitness che stimola il cuore e fa muovere tutte le parti del corpo», chiarisce Paola Tosi, presidente dell' Italy dance village di Pisa, uno dei centri dove in Italia si pratica la zumba. Poi continua: «Il segreto del successo è anche nel fatto che crea un momento di aggregazione, le nostre lezioni sono affollatissime». La scuola organizza corsi per bambini e anche per ultresessantenni, tenuti dalla trainer Federica Biolcati Rinaldi che si è addestrata con Beto. La lezione dura un' ora, a variare è l' intensità degli esercizi che hanno movimenti e coreografie semplici, per questo motivo la zumba possono ballarla tutti. Negli Stati Uniti la "zumba-mania" si è articolata e differenziata come tutti i fenomeni maturi. La promessa resta la stessa (si fatica poco ci si diverte molto), in più oggi una delle ultime nate la "Zumba Toning" offre un programma per scolpire il corpo. There are 30 studios for fitness exibitions, 6 swimmingpools and about 500 events in only 4 days. It's mean 1200 hours of phisical activities where you can participate for free. I had to substitute their instructor who taugh them for the last twenty years. There I had known  woman who had been participating from thirty years. They know each other very well, meet together for Easter time, show pictures of their children and grandchildren. They exchange recipes, explain the best way to loose weight, give each other advises which medical center choose.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;            I was so surprise seeing their phisical condition, their healthy attitute to life. I have to say that they are more fit then many young girls who don't move at all. They want to live in 100%, going to the museums, travelling, helping their relatives, etc. They still want to learn more. They are so happy when I bring to the lesson some new exercises which I allready learn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;      I really believe that maintaining phisical condition in good shape for many years, help in healthy aging.
